In this case we are talking about Apple iSight Camera and Realtek HD Audio – Intel 82801 Controller. The easiest way to install fully functional drivers for those devices is:
– open Computer Management > System Tools > Device Management
– right click on [Unknown Device] for iSight Camera or [Standard Audio Controller] for Realtek HD Audio, chose [Update Driver Software … ]
– on [Update Driver Software] window > Browse my computer for driver software > Browse [your driver location]

Downloaded the isigh driver. Installed following process, as I wold normally install any driver manual as you direct. When system drive update is manually pointed to the isight driver unzipped folder reports no driver foud/available.

Doesnt work on my system unfortunately.

Note : MacbookPro 2.5ghz dualcore intel with 2gb ram and running windows7x64.

Yes, sorry … my bad ! I forgot to specify that the drivers are for Windows 7 x86. Usually 32-bit drivers doesn’t work for 64-bit versions.
